Description |
Decorative figurine depicting characters from popular Nursery Rhymes. Little Bo Peep is presented in a sitting position with an orange and white sheep on her lap. She is wearing a white dress with a golden trim around the top and floral accents near the bottom. There is a spotted dog in the centre along with a figure depicting the Pied Piper on the right. The Pied Piper has a white coat with a golden trim, a white hat and black shoes as well as an instrument in his hands. The figurines are surrounded by a circular backdrop adorned with pink and green leaves. There is a round hole in the center with a brown crescent shaped piece covering half of the opening. The top of the backdrop is adorned with scalloped edges and small cut outs. The figurines have been mounted on a white, rectangular base |

This figurine was donated to the Eisenbach Museum by Lorne Sparts of Bayfield. This item would have included a small round clock mounted inside the circle above the figurines. |
