Description |
A collection of 15 butterflies in a wood frame. Two large butterflies, one is blue and the other a white and brown swallowtail butterfly with a small brown, white, and orange butterfly are in a row in the centre and the others are in a scattered arrangement. They were caught and collected by international driller John and his wife, Vola Braybrook while on contract in El Centro, Colombia in 1936. The plain wood frame has a lower mitred wood trim on the inside. |
