Description |
White silk bodice. The bodice is comprised of a cream coloured mesh material layered over a white silk crepe material. The front of the bodice is adorned with an embroidered floral design down the front, using white thread. The design is framed by two sets of short frills on either side followed by an ornate eyelet design. The bottom of the bodice is adorned with a band of white silk material with a finished edge, emphasizing the scalloped design. The pattern continues onto the back of the bodice and down each sleeve, using a horizontal orientation. The sleeves are long and include a lace frill around each cuff and a simple hook and eye closure. The bodice also features a high neckline adorned with a lace frill and a horizontal embroidered design identical to the floral pattern down the front. The back of the bodice is open and has a series of hook and eye closures. |
