Description |
Brown glazed water cooler (a) and lid (b). The water cooler is urn shaped and adorned with embossed floral designs along with two lug handles on either side. The surface features a Bennington type glaze and a brass spout. The lid of the cooler is bell shaped and includes an identical pattern along with a round knob at the very top. |

This item was brought to the Eisenbach Museum by William Love. According to P. Eisenbach it was "used for liquor at clearing bees in early days, jug sat on stump, high top kept it from getting warm". This piece is possibly a product of the Huron Pottery, Edgemondville, 1877 - 1910. |
