Bantam 'E' Finalists" written using yellow lettering. In the middle, there are two hockey sticks positioned in a criss cross formation with the initials placed around the outside. Below, there are four small banners, containing the words "Ontario Minor Hockey Association" written using yellow lettering against a blue background. At the very bottom, there is a rectangle with the year "1967 - 68" prominently displayed. The reverse side of the patch is covered with a large piece of yellow felt, creating a narrow border around the outer edge. |
