Description |
Round, white plate commemorating the seventy fifth anniversary of S.S. No. 3. The plate is features an asymmetrical edge trimmed with gold. In the center of the plate there is a sketch depicting the school with a flag pole out front and a series of trees behind the building. Below the sketch, there is an inscription that reads "Seventy-Fifth Anniversary of S.S. No. 3, Bosanquet 1887 - 1962" using brown lettering. |
Provenance |
This plate was donated by Catharine (nee Rows) O'Donnell who was the last teacher at S.S. No. 3. The school closed in December of 1963 and the children were moved to the Bosanquet Central school the following year. |
