Description |
White sugar bowl (a) and lid (b) adorned with a brown illustration. a) White, square shaped sugar bowl with rounded edges. The sugar bowl features an illustration depicting a flower basket near the base. Under the rim, there is a second illustration depicting an elaborate planter with a floral arrangement protruding from the opening. This illustration is framed by two separate bands consisting of a geometric pattern that appears to be inspired by Classic Greek and Roman motifs. This pattern is repeated on the opposite side of the sugar bowl. There are two pointed handles on either side of the sugar bowl adorned with a simple handpainted tulip design. b) Small, rectangular lid with rounded edges. The lid of the sugar bowl features a subtle floral design around the center. Attached to the center of the lid is an ornate knob with a diamond shaped cut out in the center. |
