Description |
Colourful Log Cabin quilt. The quilt has been pieced together with colourful strips of satin around a square center. The backing of the quilt has been completed using brown satin material. The binding of the quilt includes Prairie Points on three sides that have been hand stitched. |

This quilt is known as a Log Cabin quilt or a Barnraising quilt. It was made by Margaret McDonald of Bosanquet Township, who was the great great aunt of the donor. |
