Description |
Tool to cut circles of leather for the production of leather cups for oil well valves. It is made of metal with a handle on top to hold. There is a sharp point on bottom to poke into the leather and a sharp blade edge beside it to cut the leather. A turn key on each side in the middle allows to change the width of cut. |
