Description |
Copper-plated medal awarded for Track and Field. The medal resembles the shape of a shield divided into four sections, each adorned with an illustration. The first two sections include a cluster of three Maple leaves and two hands shaking followed by a torch and a book. The medal also includes the initials "O.F.F.S.A" below the shield. At the top of the medal, there is a clasp that connects to a long, white satin ribbon. The ribbon is adorned with two golden inscriptions, one reads "Track and Field. Athletisme" while the other contains the year "2005". |

The St. Clair Secondary School (S.C.S.S.) was a high school in Sarnia, Ontario from 1961 until 2016. In 2018, St. Clair was consolidated with Sarnia Collegiate Institute & Technical School under a new school name, Great Lakes Secondary School. This medal was won at Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association (O.F.F.S.A.) competitive event. The O.F.F.S.A is made up of eighteen regional school athletic associations across Ontario. |
