Description |
A collection of 18 butterflies in a wood frame. There is a row of six butterflies down the centre, and the others are in a scattered arrangement on either side with sprigs of flowers and leaves mixed in. They were caught and collected by international driller John and his wife, Vola Braybrook while on contract in El Centro, Colombia in 1932. The plain wood frame has a lower mitred wood trim on the inside. |
