Thomas is facing the camera with his arms behind his back, but is looking at Walter. On the right, Walter is turned to the left, and is smiling in that direction. The date is written on the back. The photo was published in the Sarnia Observer on July 4, 1962 on page 14. The associated article is titled, "Names Personal Aide." In this short piece, it declared how Thomas Milway (198 Cecil) was declared asthe "perseonal secretary for the federal riding of West Lambton." Additionally, Thomas "will aslo serve as Liberal organizer for the federal riding." More is said about Walter's hope for the government and the economic crisis. |
