In the bottom left corner is an illustration labelled "Court House and Jail". Written also is "Pub. by J.J. Stoner". In the bottom right corner is an illustration labelled "Grammar School". Written also is "American Oleograph Co. Print". The map shows boats in the St. Clair river, buildings, trees and labelled roads. The two largest boats in the water are labelled "Manitoba" and "Sarnia" respectively. Two lists on either side of the title respectively read; References: A. Court House B. Town Hall C.
