Provenance |
Prior to 1931 Wilbert along with his father Frank and his brother Herb ran W.H. App's Garage in Oil Springs. In 1960 W.H. (Wibb) Apps built a new Shell Service Station and opened for business November 22, 1961. Apps sold Shell products until they changed to B.A. and then Petro-Can when B.A. was sold to Petro-Can. Wibb and his son Don operated the station until Wibb's death in 1977. Don then ran the business until 1978. |
