Description |
Black and white cabinet photograph of a group of 18 men in a park. They are all identified on the front of the photograph with M.P., Reeve or Mayor attached to their name. The names are as follows: Back Row: Rev. John Morrison, Alvinston, J.E. Armstrong, M. P. Petrolia, J.M. Courtright, Dr. C.O. Fairbank, Petrolia, S.G. Jackson, Reeve of Oil Springs, John Farrell Forest, A Brooke, Reeve of Brooke, A.J. Johnston, Sarnia, W.A. Gordon, Glencoe. Middle Row: S.E. Todd, R.J. McCormick, M.P. Warwick, R.E. LeSueur, Sarnia, Rolet Stirrett, Mayor of Petrolia, Alex McLellan, Reeve of Dawn, John McCallum, Reeve of Alvinston. Front Row: P.V. Wilson, Oil Springs, Mr. Lucas, Sarnia, J.B. McLean, Eddys Mills. For the back row names, it is hard to discern what description goes with which person. It is known that Dr. C. O. Fairbank is in the back row, sixth from the left in the centre of the line. There seems to be eleven names but only nine men in the row. |
