He has a pocket square in his jacket pocket and dark rimmed glasses on his face. The man is balding with a thin layer of white hair surrounding the crown of his head. He is holding a piece of paper in one hand, pointing at it with his other, and is leaning slightly toward the right man. The man on the right is in a grey suit jacket, a white collared shirt, and a striped tie. He has two pens in his jacket pocket and thin rimmed glasses on. He has both hands on his lap and is leaning over to look at the paper being held by the other man. Both men are sitting on leather studded chairs behind a glossy wooden desk with scattered papers, loose and held pens, and a name plate reading "E.R. Colter" on it.
