Provenance |
Red Clements was a newspaper publisher in Sarnia. He was on the front lines of WWI and fought in multiple battles in France. Photographs in the collection were taken by Red as he was a soldier on the frontline. Included in this collection are photos featuring german soldiers due to Red recovering and printing a roll of found negatives dropped/left by a German soldier in the trenches. |
