Glossy black and white photo of Dr. Lucy Duncan. In this upper-body photo, she is standing facing the camera, but is looking and talking to the right of the camera. Her hands are in front of her, and she is wearing a dog-tootch shirt, with a cardigan, and a nametag. Written on the back is "p.17 2x6 1/2 Lucy Duncan Feb. 14" This photo can be found in the Sarnia Observer on page 17, in the February 14, 1976 edition with the caption, "MOH [Medical Officer of Health] Lucy Duncan." Underneath (although she is not named in these pieces) are arrticles about spraying mosquitos and the risk of another epidemic of encephalitis. |
