Scope & Content |
Architectural drawings depicting a two storey house. There are two drawings featured, one showcases the front of a house. The house includes two rectangular windows on the main floor and a large door in between, framed by two narrow windows. The second floor has a Gothic style window in the center, set under a peaked roof adorned with gingerbread trim. The house also includes two brick chimneys. There is a another illustration under the house that captures a simple floor plan which includes five rooms and a staircase. The majority of the lines are drawn with black ink followed by pencil lines to capture various details and measurements. There is an imprint on the bottom of the page that reads "J. Watman 1870". |
