Two sided form to report petroleum production to the Ontario Department of Mines, Toronto and the Dominion Bureau of Statistics, Ottawa for the year 1936. It has been filled out by W.K. Kay of Oil Springs for his 19 wells in Lot 16, Concession 1 in Enniskillen Township. Production was 375 barrels with a value of $813.75. |
