Handwritten two page letter dated September 5, 1922 to Phillis Johnston from her brother-in-law William Johnston at Tweed, Ontario. It concerns a letter he received from Mabel and talks about a property and the issues of the ownership. He is the brother to Phillis's husband, Alexander (Alex) Johnston who has recently died and he is hopeful that she will get along fine and that she will be able to live with her daughter, Mabel. Alex and Phillis lived in Oil Springs. |
