Small pamphlet used to store train tickets. The pamphlet is rectangular in shape and features a colourful illustration depicting a train travelling along the train tracks with a mountain range in the distance. The words "Canadian National Railways" appear prominently along the top. The bottom righthand corner includes a Maple leaf containing a caption that reads "The Scenic Route across Canada". Inside the pamphlet, there is a triangular shaped pocket located on the lefthand side, held in place using two staples near the bottom. The pocket includes an inscription that reads "Insert Sleeping and Parlour Car Tickets Here" with an arrow pointing to the right. The pocket also details a list of hotels and lodges across Canada. The back of the pamphlet is white and has a section near the top for passengers to write their contact information and details about their trip. The bottom half of the pamphlet is yellow and includes information about traveller's cheques, telegraphs, and a reminder about the available hotels. |
