The August/September 1930 (Vol. 14 No.4) edition of The Imperial Oil Review. The cover features an oil painting of a child reading a book by candlelight next to a dog. The first part of the title of the magazine is in white at the top and the second part is at the bottom. Something is written in pencil at the top over the title. Inside, there are various oil related articles with black and white photos and black and white diagrams. In the center of these articles is a feature on Petrolia. At the back is a listing of everyone who served either 40, 30, 20 or 10 years of employment at Imperial Oil and where they did so. The back cover features a black and white picture of a well spewing oil, with a black text caption underneath. The sides of the magazine are taped. |
