Account book with "The Bank of Nova Scotia, Petrolia, Ont." which was used to help the user manage their finances as well as to help them keep track of any payments or loans that they may have made. This booklet has a slip that can be removed to give to the client, and then a second slip that stays inside of the book to help the user keep track of these payments and when they are due. The majority of the pages left in the booklet are blank, but there are nine slips inside of the book that provide the user with the details from the transactions made on November 19, 1919. This is a dark brown coloured booklet with writing and mathematical calculations written inside of the booklet on the front and back covers in pencil. Payments were made to: J.J. & L.S.
