It is commemorating the first producing oil well on the North American Continent at Oil Springs, Ontario, Canada - 1858-1958. Inset at the top is an image of a man sitting on an oil tank wagon driven by a team of two horses. Drilling rigs with wood derricks are in the background as well as some men walking along the road. The calendar is attached to brown card stock with a brown ribbon at the top. |
