Beige coloured envelope addressed to Peter Growder, Esq., Petrolea, Ontario. This envelope was sent by a "government agent [of] Prince Rupert, B.C." A postmark of Prince Rupert B.C. Jul. 11, 1916, 12:30 is stamped at the top. The envelope would have contained documents surrounding the drowning death of Peter's brother, Alex, who was living in British Columbia.
