Letter written September 6, 1908 at St. Albans, England by International Driller, John Growder sent to his sister (Annie) letting her know how he is doing and what he has been getting up to for work. He tells her that it has been a wet and cold summer drilling for water just outside of London. John ends the letter by telling his sister that he is still able to loan her and her husband the money they need to continue working and living on the farm, but he also urges her to consider selling the farm as soon as she can.
