Clarence E. Dowler Warden, 1937 Born in the Township of Enniskillen in the County of Lambton, in the year 1894. Moved to the Township of Sarnia in the year 1897. Chief occupation - farming and stock-raising. Married Miss Jessica Todd in the year 1937. entered municipal career as councillor of Sarnia Township in the year 1927, has been a member of Lambton County Council since 1931. In politics a Conservative; in religion a member of the United Church. |
